Bring an old photo to life: restored, coloured, and gently moving
For a grandparent’s portrait, a wedding photo from decades ago, a picture of someone you miss. Scratches, creases and fading are repaired first; the photo can stay black-and-white or be coloured in period-appropriate tones. Then a short clip is made from it in which the people move the way they might have in the second after the shutter — no new scene, no new people, the camera still. You get the restored photo too.

FAQ
Will their faces stay the same?
The restoration and the clip are both told to keep every face the same person, not a lookalike. Movement is small on purpose; big motion is where faces drift. If a result looks off, run it again — each run is new.
Can I just restore without the video?
Yes — the Old photo restoration use case does repair, colour and upscale for 11 credits.
Is this respectful to use?
That is yours to decide; many people find it moving, some do not. The clip invents nothing about the person beyond a breath and a glance — it is not them, it is a picture moving.
Can I use the results commercially?
Yes, on every plan, the free one included — what you make is yours, subject to the Terms and to the rights in what you upload.
Is it free to try?
Yes — new accounts get free credits. Generating signs you in; paid plans add more monthly credits.
