Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Cancel any time under Account β Billing: it takes effect at the end of the current period, you keep your plan until then, and you are not charged again. Yearly subscribers get a reminder email about 7 days before each renewal.
Refunds: a first subscription purchase is refunded in full within 7 days if no more than 20% of its credits have been used; a yearly plan can also be refunded pro rata, for the whole months not yet started, within 30 days of the yearly charge. To ask for a refund, email [email protected].
Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. By subscribing or buying credits you agree to our Terms of Service, including the full refund policy.

FAQ
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. A subscription renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Yearly subscribers get a reminder email about 7 days before each renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, under Account β Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep your plan and its credits until then, and you are not charged again.
Can I get a refund?
A first subscription purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, if no more than 20% of its credits have been used. Yearly plans can also be refunded pro rata, for the whole months not yet started, within 30 days of the yearly charge. Who processes my payment?
Waffo, our merchant of record. You pay on Waffoβs secure checkout page, which shows the final price including any applicable tax; your card details never reach Wisaven.
Do you train AI on my work?
Never. What you make is yours. We don't train models on your content and don't sell your data.
What happens to credits I don't use?
Monthly credits last until the next month's arrive, and don't roll over. Credit packs never expire.
What if I run out, or a task fails?
A task that needs more credits than you have won't start: add a credit pack or move up a plan and carry on. If a task fails, its credits come back automatically.
